Get The Quake Collection (Quake, Quake II, Quake II Mission Pack: Ground Zero, Quake II Mission Pack: The Reckoning, Quake III Arena, Quake III: Team Arena, Quake Mission Pack 1: Scourge of Armagon and Quake Mission Pack 2: Dissolution of Eternity) for just US$14.99 until July 4th, 2016 on the Steam Summer Sale 2016.

Quake is a first person shooter series originally developed for the PC by Id Software. It is a successor of the Doom Series. There are 4 Quake games: Quake, Quake II, and Quake III Arena and Quake IV.

Machinegames, the development team behind the recent first-person shooters Wolfenstein: The New Order and its standalone prequel The Old Blood, have released a new episode of id Software original Quake game to celebrate its 20th birthday. The name of the episode is called DOPA.

id Software released the original Quake for the PC, in MS-DOS on June 22, 1996. Since then, the franchise has expanded to several more games. At E3 2016, id and its owners Bethesda Softworks announced plans to release a multiplayer-focused PC shooter, Quake Champions.

You can download the new DOPA episode for the original Quake at the link below in RAR format. You can then create a DOPA folder in your Quake directory and extract the PAK file from the RAR and place it in the folder. If you own the game via Steam, you will then need to right-click on the game, then go to Properties, and then Set Launch Options. Finally, you add the command line parameter "-game DOPA" and save. You should be able to start Quake and run the new DOPA episode automatically.
